I am trying to remove the motor on an old 250R however I can't get the swingarm bolt out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If the bolt hasn't been removed in a long time or ever at all, it will seize in and be very difficult to remove. I've had this problem on 250r's and a couple 400ex's also where I ended up cutting the bolt out w/ an acetylene torch. The bolt needs to be removed and greased when during routine maintenance.

 

Thanks for the info, I'm going to try some rust remover first and then maybe I'll have to torch it out. Thanks again for your input.
