Just picked up a basket case trx250x. Everything is just terrible on it. But! I got it running. Could use a wiring diagram if someone could be so kind.

Plastics are shot, missing the front support bracket, rear grab bar is ripped off. Wont go into reverse, top end is missing half the bolts because they are stripped out. So the head is fubar, unless I take the time to helicoil it all. Leaks oil like a sieve. Airbox is broken and missing the lid. Both front wheels are bent bad. Needs a-arm bushings.

This is my first quad, and I love it. If anybody knows where I can get parts for cheap, let me know. Three kids, recently laid off, my budget is tight. But I have all the tools I need to fix anything really. Have a couple gy6 150cc go karts that I have rebuilt. Not afraid to fix stuff. Just lack confidence if I dont know specs.

 

hi did you every find out what the no spark issue as I’m in the same boat and have tried everything spend many hours and very frustrated please help if you can
