Swingarm bolt?

I am not sure what it is called exactly but it is the bolt that connects the swingarm to the frame....How do I get this off??? One you take the nut off the left side, is the bolt supposed to just tap out? Help please!

you need a 17mm allen wrench to unscrew the swing arm studs on both sides.
