What is the easiest way to determine what is the issue why a atc 110 would not start. Carb is cleaned (jets not clogged) and getting fuel. Motor has good compression. ALso has new plug and wire. Just don't know how to tell if it is the coil or god knows whatelse. Any hints?

Do you know if it has spark? Take the plug out of the head and put it back in the wire and ground the plug against some metal and pull it over. Spark?
If not, you have to pull the cover off and look at the breaker points. My 90 had them and I think the 110 did also.
It's been about 20 years or more since I've worked on mine.
Maybe Hondabuster or someone else will come along and give you some more/better advice.
