That is a problem. It is causing improper valve timing. So the valve is opening and closing when it should not be, which could very well be wreaking havoc on your engine. You may even have the valve hitting the piston if it is opening at the wrong time. I would ask one of the experienced Honda Mechanics for an exact interpretation, but I am pretty sure that the cam wear indicates your problem.
