I was just wondering if it would be possible to put 25" tires on a rancher without having to buy a lift kit or wheel spacers. i would appreciate a response. thanks

I just put 25" Bearclaws on my Rancher and they do
not rub at all without a lift.

I got 26x12" mudrunners on mine with no lift. Thats only on the rear though---I've got a 4x2.
Oh also...Different tire brands have different size specs....for example 26"x12" goodyear mudrunners will fit and not rub while 12" wide vampires would rub.

I too, would like to put 25x12x10 Titan 589's on the rear of my Rancher 4x2, which comes stock with 25x11x10's. Will the one inch width increase cause the tires to rub anywhere?Has anyone out there made this particular swap?

I put 25" Dirt Devils on my Rancher. I needed an all around tire and they were the ticket. I liked the price and all round traction but the stiffer 6 ply tire will Butch up the Sport ride of the Rancher. You will feel more bumps and it looses that dart around the trails ability. The trade off was OK because I used it for extreme hunting trips and needed the extra puncture protection and traction.

Cajunman--

I looked at the titan 589's and no one seem to have them in stock. I decided to go with MR and you'll have a hard time telling me there is a better all around tire out there. These tires rock and will go through anything.

00' rancher 4x2es, 26x12 mudrunners, 1500lb winch with 50ft cable, herculined rack

Yes, 25" tires will fit on the Rancher. Actually mudrunners or blackwaters will fit on the 11" rear factory rims. If you change out the rear rims to 12" then you have many choices in tires.
