What oil do you use in your Honda?
One more note:
Honda markets world wide, and in many parts of the world outside North America (even Europe!) it is often impossible to find motorcycle specific oils. This is why your owner's manual only disqualifies "energy conserving" automotive oils. This leaves folks who can't find a motorcycle oil an "out" to run a "car" oil if they are forced to. Is this the "best" oil for your bike....far from it!!! Run an API SG motorcycle specific oil with high levels of additives to protect your cam and integrated transmission, whenever you can find one!
You didn't say you have a 450R which seperates the engine and transmission oils. Some exceptions apply in that case...God bless Honda!
