Default 2004 Rubicon low end torque

I have a 2004 Rubi with Mud Lite 26's. I ride it in the mountains of southern middle tn quit often. It seems to lack low end power. What can I do to give me more low end power for climbing and mud? I am not a big fan of loud exhaust, but that is not out of the question.

runs great. No missing or bogging at all. I double with it most of the time, when I have gone thru some mud or climb a decet size grade, it just doesn't seem as strong as it should.
