I can't find a dealer in the Spokane, WA. area that will budge a penny off list for a Rubicon. Does anyone know/recommend a dealer within 300 miles that has reasonable prices?

 

No luck in the Portland, Oregon area. If you are willing to travel to Central or Southern Oregon you can save some money. Before doing this pick up a copy of the cycle trader for Oregon, Washington & check out the adds from Roseburg & Cycle sports. They are running Rubicons for $6399-$6499. It might be worth the drive!

Let us know if you find someone who will deal. The dealer we use in Longview won't budge of the price either.

 

All of the dealers out here are high also, but it might be worth it to drive to Renton honda, or Lynnwood, both are right by the seattle area.

Have you tried USA Honda in Walla Walla? They sell both Honda's and Arctic Cats. I've never actually been to the place, but when purchasing my 'Cats, they were willing to work a deal on both the Honda and the 'Cat as well. At the time I was looking, it was between the AC 500, the Honda 450ES and the SP500. The Rubicon was not out at that time. The guy I spoke with (can't remember his name now) was very friendly over the phone -long distance from pullman, maybe a good decision?- and said he could deal a bit on all his prices. Anyway, it might be worth looking into. Or, if you like, I'll be down in that area in the next couple weeks and could see what they're getting if you want.

I don't have the number of the place, but if you do a search for Honda dealers in the Walla Walla area, I'm sure USA Honda will be the first on the list.

Best of luck in the search, I haven't seen many Honda guys actually willing to deal. I know the guy here in Pullman is a real ***. I know a guy here who went in to buy a Honda machine, offerred $5,000 cash greenbacks, which was about $300 less than the sticker price-dealer says well, price tag says $xxxx, so looks like you need a few hundred more. What a jerk. Oh hey, that reminds me. The same guy went to a place down in Lewiston that same day and ended up buying the same machine for even less than what he offerred. Don't know the name of the place, but you might do a search around Lewiston Idaho too. Lewiston is something like 35 miles south of Pullman here, and I'm about 72 miles south of you, so that should be within your traveling range. Might be worth a look.
