I'm glad my money paid off. After the 440 mod everything seemed to slow down abit. DS's screams but the 440 is not far behind and is ahead of Raptors. If I'd knowd earlier how such a simple minor engine mod would increase h.p. I'd done it along time ago. This 440 rocks, thanks to RCR porting and Rick Jones builder. Beckstrom, Please don't throw me out of the forum again, for these guys know what they are doing and many may appreiciate they're right doings as well as the many of your paying sponsors. How many joined the "Full Throttle Club"?

 

How much was your kit... What did it come with?? What's the estimated top speed? Is it usable power.. Can you keep the front 2 on the ground?

 

I know this is off topic, but lonstarbanshee, how do you like your 400ex compared to your banshee? I've been folowing your posts and just wanted to know how you like your decision

 

IMS 440 12:1, ported, xr400 cam, R-4 pipe. Cost me about $600 including labor. Front wheels in the air all the time.

 

Well, I don't know yet! Tomorrow is the day! If that guy backs out, I'm going to wreck that EX. Haha. I think I will like it more than my Banshee. I think it will seem to fit my riding style a little better. I love my Banshee, and if I lived somewhere else, I probably would keep it!

I love to do wheelies, 2 wheel, wheelie out of jumps.. just technical stuff like that.. along with race. The little stuff makes it fun! Like wheelying out of a jump.. takes precision! LaTeR

 

Well.. Can you control it? Like.. pull the wheels in the air when you want to.. keep 'em down when you want? I'm thinking about the 426 or 416. But, that will be a while! I just can't wait to wrap my wrists around those Yellow Renthals!! Gettin my 400 tomorrow!! Yehaw!
