i'd love to get any suggestions from any of you that have gone through this, i am currently in the middle of rebuilding the engine because of a connecting rod failure. I'm replacing the crank, rod, piston and rings. I guess i'm really wandering what is the biggest tire that any of you have ran successfully on this fourwheeler? i have the 2" lift and the heavy duty springs from highlifter, and i'm either going to order the mudlites or gorilla silverbacks. any help at all would be greatly appreciated

sorry to hear about the rebuild. from what i hear about silverbacks, they are not that good of a tire. they dig way to fast. mudlites on the other hand are a fairly good tire. i've heard lots of good things about them.(lighter than most any tire out) what size tires do you want? i would say no bigger than a 27 maybe a 28. cause then your getting into can i turn them or not. i have a time turning those laws of mine in sticky mud. i personally am looking for a gear reduction or clutch kit or something. good luck on the rebuild hope you get back up and runnin soon.

thats good to know about the silverbacks, i really like the mudlites that i've got now, i just want a really big look out of this project, we do alot of river crossing and deep mud, but i have seen quite a few axles broken along the way to. I guess if you gonna play you gotta pay, anybody messed with an oversized, relocated oil cooler? just wandering, i've got one on the shelf i could put on there. thanks agian

i've seen a few guys with a relocated radiator. they said it did wonders on not overheating. i know what you mean about axles i'm getting some gorrilla axles soon. been having problems with my front right one. funny thing is all i really do is water ride and maybe some sloppy mud. almost forgot i heard the kenda executioners are real good. purdy cheap too.
