I had my 1986' Honda TRX350FM Foreman 4x4 titled and tagged in 1990 making it legal on county road's , but i couldn't ride it on city streets or state highways ; the only reason i was able to register it with a motorcycle tag is the fact that this Foreman was titled as a motorcycle from the factory !

Back then you could get a utility tag even on quads with ATV (ORV ) tag just for riding on the access roads leading to the ATV trail heads , but no more the state , DNR and US Forestry Shot that down because of the few riders who were speeding around the cruves causing near miss accidents !

I live in Whitfield county and ride in Murray and Gilmer counties , and the 86' Foreman can still be registered and issued a motorcycle tag because of the title ; but all ATV that aren't titled as a motorcycle can't !.........
