How are the all-tracks in snow
or have you not tried them in snow yet.
To be honest I dont really like my Sur Tracks for snow I feel they have too much bite and when you hit the gas they just dig you a hole.

On a slightly packed snowmobile trail, they dig in if there is no bottom. In a few inches if flufft snow, they bite in the ground, and have good traction. I haven;t driven for a month and am really wanting to get out. too much snow. I have had them on the hardpack groumd a couple times, and they are way better in the mud than the stockers. I really haven't driven on them a whole lot to get a good feel for them. I need the gear down to a 14t c/s because I lost way too much power in 4th and 5th(heavier than stock and 22") I think they will be a good all around tire. How long have you had yours? I heard they are a long wearing tire. Anyway, enough said.

2 ft of snow will stop a Rancher?Take a look at my pics I blow throw that stuff.
Back to the 250 Ex,it sounds like a nice bike and every one who owns a Recon seem to love them. The 250 Ex seems to be a Recon with better looks, suspension, power and less weight it should be a sales winner.I hope when it comes here Honda Canada does not ask $10000 for that one also.

Here in Canada I have to wait till June to get mine (dealer said thats when they'll get some). Well I can't wait to get one. All I'm doing is looking at pics and articles of them.

It may be more than 2 feet deep. even a sportsman with 28" tires would get stuck if there is not a trail. My dad got his 350 stuck today trying to make a path. It would have been a lot of work for 2 guys to lug out of the snow, so he got out his tractor, and almost got stuck in the snow. Tractors can go through a lot of snow. This is not fluffy snow. It is dense, yet dosn't pack. There are a lot of layers of snow. as soon as a guy takes his 4 wheeler on the snow, he(or she) will spin untill the the underbody is beached up on the snow. and it is very hard for one person to get a quad out of the snow when this happens. Anyone want to come to Truro, Nova Scotia to experience getting stuck in LOTS of snow?Well I am changing to subject. I think 250ex is a good ATV

Tim1 , no where in your pictures did I see a quad going threw 2 feet of snow. That is of course unless you have two feet of ground clearence under your floor boards. If the snow has any moisture content, a quad would have trouble in 1 foot, and two feet would be impossible.

What does your dealer want for one? In Canada Honda likes to scew it,s customers buy selling there Rubicons for $1500 more than any other big 4x4 made.I am just curious if Honda Canada will charge way above a competitor like the TrialBazer,Blaster, and 250 Mojave for instants.
