Whats the best pipe that u can buy for a 250r. Is FMF good or are there other pipes better? I am looking for low to mid range pipe. And what reeds should I go with.

Best pipe? Hmmmmm.
For the price, the FMF Fatty is an excellent low-mid-range pipe. Easy to install, good throttle response off the bottom all the way to the top.
If you have more money the LRD Adjustable is supposed to be an excellent pipe. Very nice chrome finish and it's adjustable for the range and conditions you're going to be in.
I have also heard good things about the FTZ pipe, but you need +2+1 A-arms for it to clear.
Stay away from FMF reeds. For the money they don't last very long.
Boyesen reeds are about the same price and are much stronger.
Delta V-Force reeds are also a good consideration.
In the end, it's really up to you and your pocketbook.
In addition to the pipe and reeds, you need to consider an airbox/filter mod and a carb jet change. I mean, why do one or two things when all 3 work together?
If you install a pipe, you want to upgrade the air filter, open the airbox, and change main jets in the carb. This stuff along with the aftermarket reeds will make the R feel almost twice as strong and fast.
I, personally, really am happy with the Fatty pipe and Boyesen reeds.

Curtis Sparks, FMF, and LRD all make very good pipes.

All three make very good power from low to mid.

I use a Boeysen Rad Valve - O2A. (It's for the CR250.) But I stay away form the carbon fiber reeds. Too many expieriences with them cracking, and breaking.
