just wondering....i have a barnett clutch which is awesome but have stock basket...should i get the hinson? i really dont wanna spend all that money, but was just wondering if it will be ok with out the basket? thanks for your help

 

if your stock one isnt groved then use it! I put a barnett in my XR600R with the stock basket..worked great

 

it should be fine. i have barnett plates and springs and my basket is stock. just make sure if there are grooves in it take it to a machine shop. my dads a machineist and we took it to his friends shop too about an hour to do the job. we were being very careful with it.
