Welcome to the forum.

Did you hit all the electrical connections, especially the plug wire, with diaelectric grease?

Check out this page: http://www.triangleatv.com/Tips-Page.html

It has alot of tips for the Foreman, but most would apply to you as well. You cant just install a snorkle and go riding, you have to prepare the entire bike.

If I were you, I'd spend the few bucks for a tube of diaelectric grease, though.

Most any auto parts store will have it on hand.

I just spent most of the last two days getting my rig ready for under water work. I hit almost all of my electrical connections with diaelectric grease. So; if you plan on going under your going to have to get under your plastic and hit everything. It makes it nice and tough when the bike is old and has dirt everywhere.

When I did mine I had the front plastics off, the gas tank plastics off and even the tank itself off to ease getting at all the connectors.
