Choke cable replacement - 04 Rancher
Been lurking awhile and enjoy this board.
I need to replace the choke cable on my 04 Rancher AT. I took the plastics off and after surveying the situation, it looked like I might be getting in over my head. Is there any trick to swapping out the old cable at the carb? It looked a bit complicated and I did not push it for fear of messing something up. Anything else I should be aware of with this project? I called the local shop and they estimated it was a 30 minute job. I am inclined to have them do it unless someone here can give me some guidance -- particularly at the carb. Thanks in advance.
