Anybody know anything about this? I found it mentioned at www.atvscene.com/onthefast-trak1-24-01.htm. I can't imagine that it would be that much different, I mean how much change could one "R" signify?

 

my answer to that is: compare the 250r to the 250x. it is night and day!! one is the ultimate machine and the other, well it is just too slow. i think the R means maybe a 2 stroke. i don't see honda coming out with a 2stroke. just my thoughts.

I agree. The R probably means race. Maybe they will put reverse on the 400EX and make that their sport model in place of the 300EX.
