Hey guys i bought a 08 rancher. the model is trx420FE8

What does the FE8 mean?

Im trying to buy a winch and it ask if i have the

420
or the 420es
i know its 4x4.

i have to shift it its not automatic.

It may sound dumb lol

es is with the buttons on your left handle bar.. up arrow for shift up down arrow for shift down.
you push them they are grayish.. es means easy shift

 

getting a winch doesnt have anything to do with how you shift.........get a warn xt2500.....and the warn mounting plate
