Hi,I need help about a problem then occurs with 4x4's,many time I start motor run fine but when I need to shift back motor stop no mean to go back or forth,this occurs when I pass neutral to run,other time no problem start and run very well ,I can run 1-2 hours without problem ,I stop motor and if I want run an other trip no mean it stay there ,
What are thinking about,I hope it is clear anough

Do you mean the transmission isn't shifting ..?

 

Hi,many to reply quickly,yes I can shift but motor stop at the stade transfert bethween neutral and moving neutral light turn off and motor stop,back to neutral motor start without problem sometime I back 30 minutes later start and i can run all is fine,It seem to me when I shift back or a head and neutral light stay on all is fine,I downloaded electrical wiring from the forum to search an electrical problem maybe,up to now nothing.
I hope this infos wil l give you an idea .are two sensor neutral and reverse on crankcase possible wiring are fault?????nosay.

Hi,I made an error the neutral goes off normaly an motor shutoff when problem is there and it goes off also when it run normaly ...error,errorby myself.

Sure problem is hard to find ,I fund this afternoon when I move conductors in consol (neutral and reverse ,it seem to me there is a contact or a ground contact anormal it is possible than circuit see the booth state neutral and reverse at same time then it no say why doing and it stop ,I ask a lot of questions many months no bodys can ansewring to ,but in this forum all problems get an answer ,I agree with you than It difficult to fellow explanations ,I thing but I not sure it have a conductor shoot to ground time to time or a conductor break some where,tomorrow I will cut off the reverse condition or I will pass an other conductor,I will check ingnition to.

Hi,tks I received yesterday morning I am looking them,I will send news,I thinking to get an idea ,connection bethween cdi module an neutral sensor to keep a handshaking when you shift to first gear or reverse it is a this time than engine cut,maybe a bad contact ,with this infos it will be easyest to find problem.

Hi,where can I find cdiunit,at center ,rear or front It seem hidden ,I beleive trouble come from there bad connection I suppose.
