Default cleaning tips

i've had my '04 foreman for about 3 years now and it's been developing a green haze on the steel wheels and on the rear diff. i've scrubbed with soap and water but it won't come off. i tried nevr-dull and that works petty good but i have a feeling my arm would fall off before i finished rubbing that stuff off. can anyone recomend a good cleaner?

Castrol Super clean and a good nylon brush...steel brush will just scrape the hell out of it.

I'd probably just paint the wheels again, most auto parts supply stores sell OEM silver steel wheel paint for trucks that looks great.
