honda foreman bearings
#1
my friend has a 01 or 02 honda foreman 500 rubicon. He wants to replace wheelbearings on all 4 corners, replace control arm bushings, and swing arm bushings. He wanted me to ask you all how much is a good price to get this done at a dealership(labor). He is paranoid and doesn't want to get ripped off by the Honda dealer. Thanks

Even if he buys the parts at the dealer he is going to get ripped off.
For example, here in NL canada the front wheel bearing for my Foreman is $63 plus tax. The exact same bearing at a bearing supply store is $11 plus Tax. I've been using bearings from a local bearing shop for years now and they last just at long as the Honda ones do, same with seals. I bought 2 new front bearings and the 4 front seals, 2 swing arm bearings and seals, and 3 rear bearings (the brake side has 2 bearings on mine) and all the seals for just over $100. I would imagine the price for parts would be twice that at the dealer. (This is CAD)
