how much does a fmf pipe speed up a 400ex?

how much does a fmf pipe speed up a 400ex?

i had a fmf pipe and although it did help power it broke i called fmf and they wouldnt stand by it. Ive herd of several others breaking.

dont get it it sucks, didnt help me out at all, but i only had the slipon

On 4 strokes a pipe by itself will usually just increase torque(power)and have no affect on top speed. I have heard alot about using a web cam in conjuction with a pipe to help over all power and speed. Also you can change your CDI box( $40-$70) to increase RPMs which will increase top speed. Hope I helped.
