In a 1/4 of a mile race which is faster trx 450r or yfz 450?? STOCK

it really depends on the rider..whoever gets the better start will most likely win. all 450s are mostly the same the yfz is probably a lil faster in top end but thats really it those quads are built for mid range power cause there made to race on a track

 

once again, in a quarter mile, both quads are going to bouncing off the rev limiter for a while by that point.

 

Stock yfz verse slip on piped trx trx wins easy. Honda HRC mod is the cheapest mod and most bang for the buck u can get go honda it also is more realiable less parts. YFZ with more bucks can normallt be made faster ie stroker and such but think of ride quality first

 

The TRX is geared for more top end so it should easily win a top end race by a few MPH....the YFZ is geared more for an MX track and woods riding........... top speed is ALL in the gearing, has almost nothing to do with power, especially if two machines are close in power like the YFZ and TRX are.....
