Default Honda atv horizontal engines

How are these motors' wrist pins lubricated and the underside of the piston cooled?

I'll try to remember to look at the lubrication diagram in the service manual.

Just guessing, but I doubt they squirt oil on the bottom of the piston for "cooling", like a lot of high preformance engines do.

As or lubing the wrist pin, you don't ever hear of wrist pin failures, so whatever it is it must be more than adequate. I have always wondered how 2-strokes wrist pins and crank bearings ever get adequate lubrication....
