i trail ride and i have 20's (stock) on my 300ex and 22's(kenda claw+23's on front ) on my 250x
not much diffrent to me unless theres muddy spots or clerence issues ... but for all trail the 1" extra clerance the 22's give you will come in handy ...and razr2's are a nice tire
as for a fair selling price nice rims and tires id say between 200 and 250 for the full set,and it should get you enough cash to buy your tires
ps I found the best tire deals at motosport.com ...and they dont squish them giving them funny shapes like the tires ive got from rocky mt ..both sites have free shipping for 100.00 dollar + orders

Get 20" rears on a 400ex.......
I have found that 22" versus 20" for ground clearance is really not worth what you lose in handling. Yeah you get a bit more ground clearance, but no so much where it makes a huge difference. And when in the open the 22" handle like crap compared to 20" ...22" like to roll and force the quad onto 2-wheels a lot easier than 20" ......
