trouble geting in netural while running

I cant seem to get my 400 in netural while it is running but when it is off it goes right in i have adjusted the clutch cable slack and it still wont go in.

i have the same problem with my 300ex ..every now and then i find netrual without cutting off the quad

my brother had a 300 like that as well he put a clutch in it and now it is fine but mine has a good clutch his was slipping.

Well my clutch cable broke and we replaced it that fixed the problem.
