Is 3300 miles a lot for an ATV, it appears to be in good shape, am purchasing from a local Honda dealer. Any recall problems to be aware of? etc? Thanks Johnny

 

Considering it's around 7 years old, I wouldn't think 3300 is all that many miles, but it depends on how it was taken care of and serviced.

There have been a few threads about problems with the electronics associated with the transmission, but generally the Rubicons are considered quite reliable.

What kind of money are they wanting?

Miles are ok for that year - not overused at all. Depends on price. As a first Honda ATV I wonder what you want to use it for, and where - cos a footshift Rancher or 450 might be a whole lot easier to look after if anything does go wrong ( it is 7 years old)

 

just putting it out there, i know of a gentelman who has run his rubicon over 7000 miles with no major problems, just regular maintinance. if you take care of your things they will take care of you

 

I have an 01 Rubicon with 2900 miles..... I bought it with a blown transmission, I fixed it and it runs great!!..... however, my uncle has the same bike and he has over 16000 miles without any major problems.....

as everyone has said, as long as it has been taken care of.....
