I don't know what that is but what are those two big orange things? Are those the dry rotted tires you were talking about??? lol. I think you should Kreem the gas tank, otherwise, your carb problems might continue.

anyways.. thoes are the pumpkins the wife and i were supposed to carve for Halloween. unfortunately, her grandma died 2nights before halloween, so ya...

 

yay! got the carb all cleaned up, and fired her up tonight. took all but about 2 seconds to get her to fire up, and she purred like a kitten. which makes me happy considering how long its been since it last ran.

now i have electrical questions tho. the battery is shot, ive been jump starting it off my truck. when i checked voltage on the battery when it was running i got barely over 4v. is something wrong? or is the dead battery giving me false readings?

 

low voltage sounds like a dead cell in the battery....id replace the battery....cheap ones @ wallmart ..unless its not mantince free..then you can refill or replace the acid and prolong the life of the battery....your 88 looks juist llike the 300fw i bought not long ago looks like a nice quad
