i found this

and i was wondering with a k&n airfilter and this jet kit are the upgrades noticable?
also could an average person that isnt a mechanic put this together?
then a 2" lift

dyno jet kit for honda recon
without a pipe or intake mods the increase is somewhat. it is worth putting on an jet kit, id say 90% of the time. if you have a manual, a couple skrewdrivers, and some time to exparament with optimal jet sizes you can do it. just keep in mind that your power gains will be in the woot, or full throttel, and not really elswhere.
