Default HONDA ODOMETER PROBLEM 9999999

Over the years I've read on the forums where people want to know how to change there display from MPH to KM (or the other way) and I have no idea how to do it .. I've had old (changed under warranty) displays apart as far as they will come apart and there's no magic button that I can find do switch them .. It must be a power glitch ..

You don't say if it is manual change or electric , and are you US, Canada or where?.. if it is still changing then I would simply forget about it - but if it won't change gear then you are gonna have to buy a new display unit. You could try disconnecting and cleaning the plug - but I doubt it's gonna work

i have a froend whos an electronic engineer, hes looked at a display and thiks all th information is saved on a flash/harddrive. if there is a power glich then all your information is lost, 99999 is probly a safe or defalt mode.

this probly meens your out of luck, and i doubt there is a way to reset it. the power regulator in the display is probly damaged, thats why you had the problem in the first place. sorry dude
