1986 trx 70 no spark?

86 trx 70 ...i havent been sucessfull at acheiving spark ,the sparkplug im using looks new..i removed the flywheel and cleaned all the rust and gunk fom there ..
,and ive tried using a different coil ...thinking maby a netural safty switch,or cdi?

Tests ... Myself I would not test the CDI , the tests are not accurate without a Sanwa SP10D or SP15D ...
