oops sorry about my post. i misread the subject. i thought he was asking if he should get a 300EX with a big bore or a 250R. my bad.

I would not use the 310 kit,you can get just as much power from your stock barrel with good port work for alot less money.I wasted my money on one and was not satisfied because they rev too slow.If I had it to do over again I would have spent it on the port work to start with.

I would suggest that you stay under 330cc to keep it so it can rev fast and since you do it all i bet you would be happer getting a smaller kit build by a good builder. Two that I would not get any thing from are CT and Trinity i have never used them but i have far toi much bad stuff about them to ever use them and there are lots of places that can build a great engine. So why take a chance with a place that has a bad rep. and if they do not support our sport in a good way why give them your buisness.
