Default Honda Sportrax 90 Restrictors

It's an old machine but I believe that nobody has removed the restrictors on it so if anyone could give me details on where they are and what tools are necessary to remove them, thanks! Also, a basic procedure would be very helpful. Thank you all for the help!!

and think the cap with the small hole on the air box lid should be removed to let it get more air and fuel ....some one correct me if im wrong ...the carb may need adjusting as well, and there is a screw and jamnut on the throttle to prevent full throttle...remove this as well

They had a (if I remember right) large plastic washer with a small hole in it on the airbox... They didn't have the washer in the exhaust like some Honda models..
