would this work?

I got my son a Trx90. He wants a loud exhaust like mine but the pipe isnt made to take the baffle out. the cap is welded. Could I just cut the end of the pipe off?

it may work but, you might not get the sound you are looking for out of a 90.

It may also run a little leaner, possibly backfire and cause damage from the lean condition.
