spacers, mabe. lift YES! you could mabe get 26" tires on a stock 300, but 27 i doubt. come to think of it you may have to have spacers, the tires might interfear with the break cables.

well first mount them up and see most thought i needed a lift and spacers for my machine. . .

But i did not need them. . .

My 27x10-12 fit my stock front rims and cleared everything i had no rubbing anyplace. . .

My 27x12-12's fit on my stock rear rims and they had no clearence issues on the rear of the machine. . .

But i'm guessing the 300 is a bit smaller unit more like the size of a rancher ?

Mike

why yes i am a HUGE jeep fan! and part native american, so cherokee has a double meaning. you may still have a problem with bottoming out the tires on the fenders though, when you hit a bump or have a load on the rack. so you might still need a lift. but have fun mudding with it!

thanks cherokee 99. you guys were right. the tires clear fine on pavement, but in the holes i thought the front fenders were being ripped a apart. i have 25' mud machines and a set of 12' stock rims off a foreman. BUT I HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM. SAT NIGHT WAS THE 1ST REAL RIDE TIME AND I HAD A BAD CLANKING SOUND COMING FROM HE REAR, ONLY WHEN RIDING THE TRAILS, ON SMOOTH PAVEMENT NO NOISE??. WE JACKED THE QUAD UP AND FOUND THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL HAS A LOT OF PLAY!!! MAKES NOISE FOREWARD, BACKING UPMOSTLY SPEEDS AROUND 2ND, 3RD GEARS, TRAILS TO SHORT FOR HIGHER GEARS. WHAT DO U GUYS THINKS!!!
