Just got done rebuilding a 400EX. Finally got it started and it will run for a little while and then backfire on deceleration and quits.

The repair manual says "damaged air cut off valve". Where is the valve and is there something else I might want to look at as well.

Here is the air cut off .. I would also check the pilot screw adjustment
