Does anyone know the top speed of one of these, i ridin one and it dosent seem to fast

its a 4 stroke and im not sure if it is R or X, can you give me the top speed of both?

Umm i Have Had my 91 250x to 60 but thats with 20in. tires it went around 65 with stock 22in. tires
