Do a test. Pick a pressure that gives the tread a FLAT PROFILE. This will give you the most rubber on the ground, and your tires will wear evenly. Start with about 4 lbs. If the tire is sagging in the middle, add another .5 lb., and see how that is, then another .5 lbs., and so on. If the tire gets a rounded profile, then you've gone to far. Higher pressures will give a harder ride, and lower pressures a softer ride. Your rim width will effect tire profile also. A wider rim will give a flatter profile than a narrow rim, regardless of the pressure. Wider is better!!
Personally, I prefer the lowest pressure I can get away with. On a stock Honda rim (8" wide), that's about 4.5 lbs.
