The problem with that is honda uses a different spark method. Any honda engine sparks everytime the piston reaches the top. I have the same quad and am also having problems. Honda says you can not be 180 off because they spark on compression strokes and exhaust strokes

Default timing

timing in a Honda cannot be 180 off...Honda quads and bikes fire everytime the piston reaches the top on compressions and exhaust strokes. I have the same quad and have the same problems
