anyone know anything about the intake spacers? seen them on ebay but where else can you purchase them? also i cant find any reviews on them? just want some info on them?? anyone??

 

hey man, i had one on my 01 that the previous owner installed and my bros. stock 400 without it will take mine all day long. exact same bike. ( and iv been ridin about 3 years longer than him) so it sure as hell aint that.. lol.. hope this helps, but i know nothing else about them.

 

I would say that since you're lengthening the intake tract you should gain a small amount of torque but most likely lose a slight bit of hp.

u talkin bout between the carb & head ? i made one at work out of .25 alum , but didnt put it on because i didnt mill the place for the o ring like the one on e bay shows

 

yeah thats the one i saw. couldnt find them anywhere but ebay..
