250ex neutral bypass?

Default 250ex neutral bypass?
Anybody know a way to bypass the neutral start switch so that the 250ex can be started in any gear as long as the clutch is pulled in. I did this on my 400ex so I could start in reverse if needed. Thanks for the help.
