Default rear brake leak

the brake unit on the disk is leaking fluid where what looks like a bolt sticking out on the let side with a rubber grommet, so i get no pedal pressure or stopping power. What peace or part do I need to replace?

That sounds like the bleeder valve. Check to make sure it hasn't backed it self out. You should go ahead and bleed the brakes to make sure no water got in the fluid.

Sounds like the parking brake adjustment screw to me. Not sure what is under that rubber gromet though.

if its not the bleeder its the seal on the piston inside the caliper. if your gonna replace it might as well do all of them. you can get rebuild kits or buy the each seal, i just rebuilt my rear caliper and got a kit. hyperparts.com i think is the website
