I removed the flywheel to repair the starter clutch and after reasembly I do not have any fire. I double checked all of the wiring and they are properly plugged into their appropriate color coded wiring. The generator is functioning as it will light the neutral position light. How do I check the ignition circut to find the problem?

Thank You very much for the info. I will do the trouble shooting and see if I can figure out the problem. It had good fire before I fixed the starter clutch so I must have messed up something. I hope it is not the cdi box. I will let you know what I find.
Thank You again

You don't have to remove the pulse generator to service the starter clutch but the old wires may have broke inside the insulation if they were bent much .. I would check the wires and do the tests for the exciter winding & pulse generator ..

Good News! I followed the trouble shooting instructions and it lead me to the run stop switch. Everything else checked out fine. I cleaned the switch and the old girl is running again.
