Default 400ex tires

i am wondering what the best tires for a 400ex would be? and how much would it cost for a tire/rim combo? or how much would it cost for just the tires. I am thinking about getting razrs but i am not sure. help me out

I run ITP Holeshot XC's on ITP Baja rims. Over the years, I have tried different tires, but always come back to the XC's....but I don't ride mud.

If mud is a major issue, maybe ITP MudLite SP's, but they look like they would be pretty lame if you ever get into any rocks.

reconranger-

Whats the difference between the XC's and the HD's? I ride in the desert and just put all new HD's on mine because I have read a lot of great reviews and the guy at the shop recommended them.

I just bought itp holeshot GNCC,s and their great. their a 6-ply tire so you don't have 10 plugs in your tires. and their 2 pounds lighter than the xc, xct, and razr's
