28 or 29.5 I have seen up to 32" but 30 or 32 is way to much! Stay with 28" or 27"

It depends on what mud tires he wants, Gorilla is 1.5" to 2" lugs I know 100% I'm right about the 1.5" not sure about the 2" on 32" Gorilla, HL Outlaw are 1.5" lugs. I think the best none aggressive Mud tires are the Mud Bug vs Gorilla and outlaw.
27" Gorilla 1.5" lug
27" Outlaw 1.5" lug
27" Maxxis MudBug are 1.2" or 1.3" lugs

It will a bit but his bike can handle it, and if I was him I'll go with the Mud Bug less aggressive, cost $300 less, and weigh less then both outlaws and gorilla but still handles mud very well. 27" Tires are my limit in a Utility Quad.

If I didn't have a choice I'll take the ITP XTR over the Mudlite. True not sure if he is going to do more mud or trail.
