power loss

Default power loss

i have a 2004 450 foreman. i just put a hmf pipe and a jet kit on it. it runs good but it doesnt seem to have as much power as it should. any suggestions on how to get extra power?

are you running the air box lid?or a high flow filter? more air in more air out, your getting the air out but maybe not in.

How did you do the jetting??? Did you just buy a kit, and put in the jets that the kit recommended, or was it done by an experienced professional jetter??? (Jetting is more art than science!)

no yet. i just ordered a k&n filter and a k&n precharger. hopefully that will help.

no i did not even touch it. i took it to a shop and had it done. it would run at all if i would have done it

well i finally got it runnin better and got new tires and wheels but the very next day my rear axle stripped out and i bent my driveshaft
