Check your wheels fellas !!!

My brother just picked up his new '00 400EX today. It sure is a fun quad to ride. Until after about the 10th minute when the wheel almost fell off !!!!!!!!!! I was riding behind him on the gf's Trailblazer when I saw the rear axle getting wider
Anyway he got it slowed, put the wheel back on the splines and puttered home.
It's taken care of now. Just wanted to let you guys know you can't beat that Honda reliability ! Seriously though I think Hondas are great and I hope this is an isolated incident, but talk about a way to honk off a guy that just blew $5500...

I had that happen to me when I bought my
00 Warrior.
After about 2 miles of riding the handlebars
started vibrating real bad.
Got to looking and both front wheels were ready to fall off.
Guys at the dealer forgot to tighten the lugnuts.

The dealer told us it was manufactring error at Honda. I don't know... It was the cotter pin & axle nut that fell off. All the lug nuts were still on!
