1988 honda trx250r

Default 1988 honda trx250r

hey guys, anyone ever had there 250r fall on its face like running out of gas. if i continue to hold the throttle it will completely die, if i let off and throttle back up it straightins out. thanks alot for any help.

Check your float level in the carb it may be to low not giving you enough fuel in the bowl.

might sound stupid but is your gas tank vent hose twisted or anythin. i was riding a blaster before and it startd to die out while on throttle. then when id let off after a few seconds it was fine.

Hey no problem you could also pull your fuel line off the carb and let it run to check and see that you have good flow. Theres a sreen up in the tank on your fuel valve they can get clogged!
