UNI big time!!! But installing the the Uni filter over the metal core was a B****!

Also as a GM Tech to me this study (http://www.duramax-diesel.com/spicer/index.htm) is a bit Bias because GM = ACDelco and all we sell is ACDelco and GM parts but who knows?

Just make sure your foam filter is cleaned and oiled after each ride.
Here's what happens to a velocity filter when it gets wet, it caved in on it'self:
